Quality & Claims

Use constitutes acceptance.

Spider Works Wood Art, Products are guaranteed to conform to the specifications currently published at the time of shipment. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inspect and approve all units before use or installation. If the material is regarded as unsatisfactory, a representative of Spider Works Wood Art must inspect the material before installation. Spider Works WILL NOT be liable for claims made after installation has occurred. Wood is a product of nature, as such; we are unable to guarantee the consistency of color, size, quality or availability. Purchase Order quantities must be supplied by the customer. Use constitutes acceptance.

Title of Merchandise

Until purchase price is paid in full by purchaser title to the merchandise shall remain in the Spider Works Wood Art Possession. If paid by check or charged title shall remain with Spider Works Wood Art until check is paid in final or Credit is paid in full.

WARRANTIES

There are NO warranties express, implied or otherwise that which extend beyond the manufacturer's warranty.

Shipping & Returns

Customer will be responsible for paying for they're own shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Spider Works Wood Art is not responsible for shipping companies damage to merchandise. Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival and notate any damage to the shipper in writing before accepting the package. If obvious damage is visible DO NOT accept the package and contact us immediately.
